A muscle toning class that is designed to help improve joint range of motion while building endurance and strength with minimal joint impact. Because exercise will increase circulation, you'll feel more energetic diuring the day. This class is specifically geared toward the deconditioned population with low impact cardio, strength training, abdominal work, and stretching.
