Women on Weights (W.O.W) is a program designed to introuduce women to strength training. Taught by RecSports Instructors and Trainers, the workshop will:

  • Teach proper form for strength training
  • Provide the knowledge for participants to create their own workouts
  • Help participants build confidence when exercising in the gym

W.O.W. is open to Notre Dame students and Faculty/Staff. Each workshop will focus on a different aspect of strength training. Click here to reserve your spot in one of the workshops.
