Fitness Philosophy

I teach because I love to help people to feel good.  As a massage therapist, I know all the usual suspects (tight muscles) and try to ensure we address all the muscles affecting the life of a college student.

Why My Class?

Come stretch, strengthen and lengthen with me on Tuesdays at 5:30pm for improved posture which benefits so many aspects of our lives.
