Exercise is vital for staying healthy and stress-free. Rather than seeing fitness as a chore, exercise should be viewed as an escape from reality and a chance to self-reflect and maintain a balanced, happy lifestyle.

I teach high-intensity classes, with upbeat and motivating music. The exercises and music are promised to be new every week!

How do you motivate participants?

Loud music and motivation throughout the class. I definitely push everyone to the limit!
