Fitness interests & other hobbies
Trying out a variety of fitness formats such as: Pound, Zumba® Toning, Kickboxing, Bootcamps, etc. Recently have began teaching Yoga and finding more time to dedicate to my own practice.
Why my class?
My goal is to meet everybody right where they are! You'll have fun and an awesome workout whether you're new to fitness or have taken classes for several years.
How do you motivate others?
In class, I place a major emphasis on performing to your body's limitations that day! Even the most conditioned person will experience highs and lows in their workout regimen, so it's important for participants to listen to their body and not focus so much on what others are capable of doing.
