Women on Weights (W.O.W.) is a FREE workshop designed to introduce women to strength training. Taught by a RecSports Instructor, the workshop will: teach proper form for strength training, provide the knowledge for participants to create their own workouts, and help participants build confidence when exercising in the gym. Open to students, faculty/staff, retirees and spouses.
