Risk Statement

The safety of all users is a primary consideration in the planning and execution of all recreational facility activities. It is each facility's goal to plan activities and conduct business in a manner that reduces the possibility of accidental injury.

Users assume risk of injury or even death while particitaping in recreational activities. All participants are strongly urged to have a yearly medical examination and to carry medical insurance coverage. The University of Notre Dame and its staff are not responsible for injuries.
