- Browse our Individual and Group Training packages online and see what is the best fit for you.
- Register online via RecRegister or at the Front Desk of the Smith Center for Recreational Sports inside the Duncan Student Center (3rd floor).
- Complete and return the New Client Packet at the Front Desk of the Smith Center for Recreational Sports inside the Duncan Student Center (3rd floor). Each member for Group Training must submit all registration materials before sessions can be scheduled.
- Once all the forms are in, you will be contacted by your personal trainer to schedule your initial consultation.
