What's your fitness philosophy?

My systematic approach will get you measurable results which will keep you motivated.

I train clients who are looking for body and health transformations through weight training, cardio, and healthy nutrition. It is my passion to get clients to enjoy working out with confidence, especially in the weight room, and help them to set realistic goals and achieve them.

How do you motivate participants?

I let people know that workouts do not have to be super hard, instead it is most important that they are regular. With regular and progressive resistance training and cardio workouts 3-4 times per week and a great nutrition plan to stick to, anyone can see amazing results.

Most rewarding moment

For me there is no single most rewarding moment, but there are many: when clients of any age become confident using the gym, or when they realize how much their effort changes the way they feel and look, or when they discover how strong they can be.

Fitness hobbies & other interests

I like staying fit through regular workouts and an otherwise healthy lifestyle, and follow the latest research on healthy nutrition and lifestyles and how these affect day-to-day performance. I am particularly interested in the whole person and how everything ties together: fitness, nutrition, sleep, emotional wellbeing and more.
