How do you motivate participants?
I work hard to create a workout routine that keeps my clients engaged and challenged. Measuring progress on multiple platforms ensures that clients can see and feel themselves improve.
Most rewarding moment
I love seeing a client who is new to fitness, achieve excellent form and accuracy, utilizing the workouts I have provided.
Fitness hobbies & other interests
I am interested in exploring the wide world of fitness. There is so much to see and learn about how to get fit! In my free time, I play roller derby, hike, and cycle.
