I believe in the proper nutrition to fuel your training, instead of using fad diets. I believe in learning from your mistakes & working smarter. I believe in loving yourself, even when you are trying to improve yourself. Most importantly, I believe in having your donuts and eating them too.
How do you motivate participants?
No matter what struggle you are facing, I am here to keep you focused on your goals with a positive mindset. I use my personal experiences to help you realize you are never in this alone. I use positive feedback to teach you how to push to the next level. I am here to help you succeed.
Most rewarding moment
I love when a client finally reaches a new PR in a heavy lift or finally reaches that goal weight. There is nothing more satisfying seeing clients who previously struggled, now reaching goals they never thought they could have even set before.

I am a Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini Competitor. I love squats & donuts.
