Tabbitha is very creative with the workouts, which keeps things interesting. I never do the same workout twice in a row, which is nice. It keeps me on my toes and I am not strictly mechanical as I work out. It is also nice to have a couple of bursts of enthusiasm each week! - Jason

Fitness is about being the best you that you can be. I can help you make the transition from 'I can't do that' to 'Let's do more!'.
Just move! Exercise is not limited to the gym or your training session. Park your car further, walk the stairs, or try push-ups at your desk to break up the day.
Most rewarding moment
Witnessing a client struggle to run for more than 90 seconds at a time in 2015 to completing the New York Half Marathon in Fall 2016!
Fitness hobbies & other interests
Trying out a variety of fitness formats such as: Pound, Zumba Toning, Kickboxing, Bootcamps, etc...Recently have began teaching Yoga and finding more time to dedicate to my own practice.
