Fitness Classes

RecSports offers over 50 classes each semester including Aquacise, Body Sculpt, Cardio Express, Interval Training, Pilates, Yoga and many more. A Faculty and Staff Training schedule (FAST) which is open to University employees, their spouses and retirees is also available.

Personal Training

Integrates health education and goal setting into challenging workouts specifically designed to fit the needs of each individual. One-on-one and small group training packages are available.

Free Services

You can have your body composition and/or blood pressure by a RecSports fitness professional at no charge. Drop ins are welcome or you can call RecSports to schedule an appointment. Fitness professionals are also available to meet with you to discuss general health and fitness topics.
