Tae Kwondo Jiu Jitsu
Learn the fundamentals of Martial Arts through a unique combination of Tae Kwon Do and Japanese Jiu Jitsu known as Cooper Ryu Vee Jitsu. This beginner level class will focus on conditioning of basic movements as well as self-defense techniques. Students will be introduced to blocks, strikes, and kicks as well as mat skills such as rolls and falls that are integral to executing throws. No experience is necessary; this class builds your foundation from the ground up. However, even those with previous training will be challenged – this is a great way to get back into the martial arts.
Please note that students will not earn belt rank through this course.
