Zumba® is the largest dance fitness program across the world, incorporating dance and aerobic elements. Participants will learn choreography, including hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also part of the workout.

The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba®, you can just go with the flow and enjoy the party.
