Cardio Circuit
A cross training class that is designed to keep you moving and toning throughout the entire class. Work up a great sweat and tone those muscles as you learn new challenging exercises with every class. 45 minutes
Cardio Express
A high intensity, cross-training class that is designed to suit a busy schedule. This class format offers variety for the person who is crunched for time, but still wants to squeeze in a great workout. 30-minutes
Cardio Funk
A fun, energetic class for the dance enthusiast who enjoys learning dance routines "choreographed to today’s latest music. " 60-minutes
Cardio Sculpt
A high intensity, cross-training class that offers variety from one class to the next. Class format may be Power Step one week and Cardio the next. Great for the person who likes to shake up their workout! 60-minutes
Interval Training
A challenging class combining aerobic intervals to burn fat followed by strength intervals to sculpt muscle. 60 minutes
Step N Sculpt
A fun, choreographed step class with a power surge of strength training in every workout! This class will progressively become more advanced with each session. 60 minutes
Triple Threat
(20-20-20) Get three different workouts in this one class! You’ll do 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of sculpting and 20 minutes of core work & stretching. It’s a great way to cross train and get lots of variety! 60 Minutes
Ultimate Tag Team
This class is not for the faint of heart. Two instructors going head-to-head in partner exercises designed for a serious challenge. Along the way, you will strengthen your muscles and maybe make a few new friends in the process. 75 minutes
Zumba
Fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You do not have to know how to dance to do Zumba, you can just go with the flow and enjoy the party! 60 minutes
