Beginner Pilates
The beginner mat workout focuses on developing the core muscles connections used in Pilates exercises. You will discover each exercise for the Abdominal, lower back, glute & thigh muscles at a slower pace to help you maintain proper form and muscle use. Considered a “no sweat” workout, Pilates will tone your stomach, glutes & thighs in a revitalizing, not exhausting, workout. 45 minutes
Beginner Yoga
Learn the basic posture of yoga while strengthening the body through breath and movement without obstacles. 60 minutes
Pilates Express
A quick Pilates Mat workout designed to strengthen the core muscles and tone your glutes & thighs in a non-exhausting workout. 30 minutes
Pilates Mat
The mat workout focuses on developing core stability & back strength through a series of exercises performed on a mat. Abdominal, lower back, glute & thigh muscles are the main areas targeted by Pilates training. Considered a “no sweat” workout, Pilates will flatten your stomach and tone your glutes & thighs in a revitalizing, not exhausting, workout. 45 minutes
Pilates/Yoga Fusion
A combination of Yoga, Pilates, and similar techniques to promote core strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance. A great alternative to high-impact exercises, this class complements all exercise regimens. 60 minutes
Power Pilates
An intense mat Pilates workout that focuses on core stability and strengthening the muscles utilizing Pilates rings and bands. This class is designed for those who are familiar with Pilates exercises and understand the muscle connections utilized in Pilates. 60 minutes
Power Yoga
A moderately vigorous and dynamic yoga style that links breath and movement through a heat building sequence, which includes sun salutations. In this 75-minute class, participants work through a series of poses that explore strength, flexibility, and balance. Beginners, intermediate and advanced students are welcome. 75 minutes

Yoga
Prepares & conditions the body via various postures or “asanas” so that the mind can practice meditation more or less without obstacles. Asanas are special positions of the body that strengthen, purify & balance bodily systems. 60-75 min
