Pre-Natal Classes
Yoga can assist you with maintaining your physical stamina during your pregnancy. You will stay flexible, tones your muscles, and improve balance and circulation, with minimal impact on your joints. Deep breathing exercises will help you learn to relax as you approach your time with labor, birth, and motherhood.

The Shamrock Shape Up
RecSports is bringing fitness to your campus office! The program is comprised of circuit-style training in which participants will complete approximately 10 stations alternating between cardio and strength exercises all conducted in your office area. Upon completion of the program, participants are encouraged to continue their exercise by registering for a RecSports group fitness class.
F.A.S.T. Program
A Faculty and Staff Training schedule (FAST) which is open to University employees, their spouses and retirees is also available.
12 Days of Fitness
12 Days of Fitness is RecSports’ way of encouraging you stay active between Thanksgiving and finals! Any physical activity such as basketball, group fitness class, strength training or cycling counts. There is no fee or registration required to participate.
