PERSONAL TRAINING ONE-ON-ONE INSTRUCTION that intergrates health education and goal setting into challenging workouts specifically designed to fit the needs of each individual. The trainer will assist you by teaching, guiding and inspiring you to achieve your fitness goals.


Registration Packets

 



HOW TO BEGIN ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:

  • Registration packets can be picked up from Rolfs Sports Recreation Center.
  • Once the completed packet is returned along with payment, you
  • will be contacted by RecSports to schedule your fitness assessment.
  • After completing your initial fitness assessment, a personal trainer will be assigned to you based on you results and goals.

STARTING OCTOBER 29, 2007

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING that allows you & up to 3 others to learn & exercise together. It's fun, challenging & cost effective! Your personal trainer will assist the entire group by teaching, guiding and inspiring all of you to achieve your fitness goals.

Group Registration
Packets

HOW TO BEGIN SMALL GROUP TRAINING:

  • Registration packets can be picked up from Rolfs Sports Recreation Center or downloaded link listed above.
  • Once ALL group members have retruned their completed registration packets, including payment, you will be contacted by RecSports to schedule an individual fitness assessment.
  • After ALL fitness assessments have been completed, the group will be assigned a personal trainer.

HOW TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PACKAGE

  • Forms can be picked up from Rolfs Sports Recreation Center or downloaded from link listed below
  • Return form and payment to Rolfs Sports Recreation Center
  • GROUP TRAINING CLIENTS – all group members must return form and payment before training sessions can continue

Returning Client Form

PACKAGE EXPIRATION: All personal training packages expire six months from purchase date.

MISSED SESSIONS: All cancellations require a 24 hour notice to personal trainer.  Missed Group Training sessions CAN NOT be made up on an individual basis.

REFUND POLICY: All packages are non-refundable.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS: Individual fitness assessments are performed during the first session of the purchased package.
