Class Descriptions

Aquacise - A fun, energizing workout in the pool that minimizes stress and impact on the joints. 45 minute

Body Sculpt - A high intensity class designed to improved muscular strength and endurance. Great class to compliment your cardio workout! 45-minute

Cardio Box - A non-contact, aerobic Kickboxing workout utilizing basic techniques for punching and kicking, as well as, basic body conditioning exercises. 60-minute

Cardio Express - A high intensity, cross-training class that is designed to suit a busy schedule. This class format offers variety for the person who is crunched for time, but still wants to squeeze in a great workout. 30-minute  

Cardio Funk - A fun, energetic class for the dance enthusiast who enjoys learning dance routines choreographed to go with today’s latest music. 60-minute

Cardio Sculpt - A high intensity, cross-training class that offers variety from one class to the next. Class format may be Power Step one week and Cardio the next. Great for the person who likes to shake up their workout! 45-minute.

Crunch Time - Short 20 minute workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning all areas of the abdominal region.  Essential to a complete full body workout

Flex-N-Tone - A non-aerobic workout that emphasizes strengthening and toning of major muscles. This class is great for those who are in a rush to squeeze in a workout . 30-minute

Interval Training - A challenging class combining aerobic intervals to burn fat followed by strength intervals to sculpt muscle. 60-minute

Pilates – “The mat workout focuses on developing core stability & back strength through a series of exercises performed on a mat. Abdominal, lower back, glute & thigh muscles are the main areas targeted by Pilates training. Considered a “no sweat” workout, Pilates will flatten your stomach and tone your glutes & thighs in a revitalizing, not exhausting, workout.” 45-minute

Power Pilates – An intense mat Pilates workout that focuses on core stability and strengthening the muscles. This class is designed for those who are familiar with Pilates exercises and understand the muscle connections utilized in Pilates. 30-minute  

Power Step-N-Sculpt - A fun, choreographed step class with a power surge of strength training in every workout! This class will progressively become more advanced with each session. 60-minute

Tai Chi – An “internal” martial art that helps one develop flexibility, strength, inner awareness & balance. The exercise consists of slow motion movements through 48 different postures which exercises all of one’s muscles as well as internal organs. The result is an increase in inner control and strength, the reduction of stress & a fuller awareness of one’s mental, physical and spiritual power. 

Triple Threat - Get 3 complete workouts all in ONE class with TRIPLE THREAT! It is a great 20-minute cardio workout, PLUS 20 minute of Body Sculpting and 20 minutes of Yoga. Get a little taste of those classes you've always wanted to try, but have been afraid to sign up for. 60-Minute

Ultimate Tag Team - This class is not for the faint of heart. 2 instructors going head-to-head for 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of toning and 15 minutes of flexibility training. 75-minute

Yoga – Prepares & conditions the body via various postures or “asanas” so that the mind can practice meditation more or less without obstacles. Asanas are special positions of the body that strengthen, purify & balance bodily systems. 60-75 minute

Yoga/Pilates Fusion – A combination of Yoga, Pilates, and similar techniques to promote core strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance. A great alternative to high-impact exercises, this class complements all exercise regiments.
