RecSports offers a variety of fitness programs to help you stay active throughout the semester. Over 30 group fitness classes such as Aquacise, Cardio Express, Cardio Box and Zumba are available to ND students, staff, faculty, retirees and spouses. If you’re wanting to develop the mind/body connection, you might try Yoga, Pilates or Tai Chi.
If a group setting doesn’t suit you or you’re looking for some new workout ideas, RecSports has a team of experienced and enthusiastic personal trainers who are ready to design a program that meets your specific needs and goals! If you like the idea of exercising with a friend(s) check out our Small Group Training program. There are three package options available. You can even download the registration packets from our website. Training sessions take place in the privacy of our Personal Training Studio located in Rockne Memorial.
