Clubs
Club
Sports provide opportunities for Notre Dame students to participate
in organized competitive programs, typically competing against
other Midwest colleges and universities. Clubs offer opportunities
for all levels of experience and expertise. [more]
Fitness
Over 25 classes are offered in a variety of aerobic, toning
and water exercise programs as well as yoga, pilates and t'ai
chi. In addition to fitness classes, other programs and services
are available, including assessments, consultations, testing
and demonstrations. [more]
Informal
Whether it be participating in drop-in activities or showing
up with friends to play a game of pick-up basketball, there
are many opportunities for unstructured, informal recreation.

Instructional
Semester long courses in disciplines such as ballet, jazz
dance or the martial arts are offered, as well as short courses
and clinics such as SCUBA or cross-country skiing. Courses
are offered for all levels and interests. [more]
Intramurals
Individual, dual and team competitions are offered in a wide
variety of sports. Intramural leagues and tournaments are
offered for students, graduate students, faculty and staff.

Special
Events
One-night/day tournaments, competitive runs, Late Night Olympics
and downhill ski trips are just a few of the special events
we offer each year. These programs generally allow for social
