Hiring a personal trainer can be a great way to make a real change in your life. A personal trainer can help you improve your confidence in physical activity and exercise participation by designing a fitness program unique to your needs and goals. By helping to hold you accountable, your trainer will assist in motivating you to reach goals by continuously presenting fun and challenging workouts. Learn to improve your body’s functional movement through the use of safe and effective exercises that will keep you energized and ready to take your life in a whole new direction.

Sounds great! How do I begin?

  1. Peruse our Individual and Group Training packages online and see what is the best fit for you
  2. Register online via RecRegister or at the Front Desk of RSRC
  3. Download, complete and return the Personal Training Registration Forms to the Front Desk of RSRC
  4. Once all the forms are in, you will be contacted by our Fitness Coordinator, Kristen Gallagher to schedule your Fitness Assessment
  5. Let's get training!

Summer Referral

This summer, refer a friend to RecSports Personal Training! Starting June 1, current clients that refer a friend will receive 20% off a new training package. New clients will receive 10% off a Green or Blue package. Help your friend sign up by completing all Personal Training registration forms, including their health history packet, and have them register online via RecRegister with the promo code REFERPT10 and be sure to include your name as the referral. It's that easy! Discounts will be applied once payment and registration forms have been received in the RecSports office. Packages must be completed no later than August 31.
