Group Personal Training allows you and up to three others learn and exercise together. It's fun, challenging and cost effective. Your personal trainer will assist the entire group by teaching, guiding and inspiring each of you to achieve your fitness goals.

All Fitness Assessments are performed on an individual basis. Additional Packages do not automatically include the Fitness Assessment. A follow up assessment can be scheduled with the assigned Personal Trainer any time.

Sounds great! How do I begin?

  1. Register online via RecRegister or at the Front Desk of RSRC
  2. Download, complete and return the Personal Training Group Training Registration Form to the Front Desk of RSRC
  3. Once all the forms are in, you will be contacted by our Fitness Coordinator, Kristen Gallagher to schedule your fitness assessment
  4. Let's get training!
