One-on-one Training integrates health education and goal setting into challenging workouts specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual. A Personal Trainer can teach, guide and inspire you to achieve your fitness goals.

All Fitness Assessments are performed on an individual basis. Additional Packages do not automatically include the Fitness Assessment. A follow up assessment can be scheduled with the assigned Personal Trainer any time.

Sounds great! How do I begin?

  1. Register online via RecRegister or at the Front Desk of RSRC
  2. Download, complete and return the Personal Training Individual Registration Forms to the Front Desk of RSRC
  3. Once all the forms are in, you will be contacted by our Fitness Coordinator, Kristen Gallagher to schedule your fitness assessment
  4. Let's get training!
