Biathlon
About
The RecSports Biathlon is an annual event held in late August. It consists of a half mile swim and two mile run. The event begins at Saint Joseph Beach, located on Notre Dame's very own Saint Joseph Lake. There are individual and team trials to compete in. Teams may be male, female, or co-rec teams. Participants swim the half mile course around the lake. After swimming, participants complete the two mile “figure 8” around the lakes.
The Biathlon has team or individual trials; Men’s, Women’s, and Co-Rec divisions; and Varsity and Non-Varsity categories.
