November 2016: Camille Zyniewicz
"As a new employee that began in September, Camille has done a great job adjusting to the tasks handed to her as a graphic designer with RecSports. However, November was a month that Camille took her job responsbilities to the next level and truly became a superstar! When asked to assist with Family FunDays: Sky Zone, no hesitiation was expressed, even though it doesn't fall within her regular job duties. Camille was given the opportunity to attend the NIRSA/ACUI Marketing Institute in November as a "guinea pig," and she did not disappoint! Camille could be found tediously writing notes throughout the conference, networking with other seasoned professionals from across the country, and on numerous occassions contributed to conversations in front of 100+ attendees! After the Institute, Camille came back to campus with a spark in her step and excited to implement many of the new ideas she had learned about! It was this Insititute I believe that made Camille understand that there can be many more opportunities for her than just graphic design. Camille anxiously volunteered to photograph Baraka Bouts and if you saw her at the Finals, she was getting every angle with the camera she could! Next up was Championship Sunday in the Stadium. Once again, Camille stepped up and photographed the Interhall championship. Might I add that it was bitterly cold! After sorting through the pictures she took, once again - impressed! She had taken some of the best pictures I've seen, and it was only her second time with the camera! In the office, Camille always has a smile on her face and is someone who comes in and is dedicated to getting her work done in a timely fashion, and never complains - even if it means multiple revisions on a project. For this and many other countless reasons, I would like to nominate Camille Zyniewicz as the November 2016 MOST Outstanding Student Employee of the Month."

What’s one thing you would like everyone at RecSports to know about you?
I transferred here this semester and making that transition has its challenges, but working at RecSports has helped me find my place in the Notre Dame community.
