We are thrilled to announce that Cecilia F. has been selected as the RecSports MOST Outstanding Student Employee of the Summer! We call this award the MOST Outstanding award because all of the employees working with RecSports are outstanding, but our award winners are simply THE BEST of the best!
Cecilia (Ceci) has been an integral part of the Lifeguard team over the past year and has seamlessly stepped into a Recreation Attendant role this summer. In both positions, she has consistently demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a genuine commitment to the team’s success. She’s the kind of employee who uplifts everyone around her. Her presence boosts morale, fosters a positive work environment, and sets a high standard for her peers. Ceci truly leads by example, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team.
