We are thrilled to announce that Lily B. has been selected as the September RecSports MOST Outstanding Student Employee of the Month!
Lily has been an enormous asset to the fitness team this month. Not only is she the first one to offer a helping hand when someone needs a class covered, but she is also professional, timely, and enthusiastic about doing so. She consistently goes the extra mile when creating class programming, curating classes to fit the interests of her attendees, creating themes, finding new songs, and taking suggestions from peers. Lily is dependable, professional, and genuinely cares about the success and safety of everyone she works with, making her a trusted and valued member of our team. This month, she has demonstrated this by helping her peers, showing enthusiasm for doing her job well, and by creating a community in the cycle studio.
Lily is an outstanding fitness instructor who truly goes above and beyond. Kudos to Lily for all you do to make RecSports a place for everyone!
