Cardio Intervals is a fast-paced, and challenging workout, incorporating different types of equipment such as the bosu, step, hand weights, band, and more!  Abdominal work and stretching follows the cardio/strength segment of the class. Bursts of plyometric and strength training components makes this class a total body workout session!
