Group Fitness Grab Bag
Don't want to commit to one group fitness class before you've learned more about it? Try this Group Fitness Grab Bag! Each week we will try a different style of Group Fitness class varying between yoga, dance, strength, cycling, and everything in between. These classes teach you the basics of each style of fitness class and this course conveniently ends at mid-semester so you still have the remainder of the semester to join the actual class(es) of your choice once the classes drop to half price.
