Our 9 song playlist rotates from arms to abs to legs three times, targeting every major muscle group in 45 minutes without needing equipment. If you have a band or light weights, they can be added for an extra challenge, although water bottles or any condiment or can of soup can also be used to make your arm workout more challenging.
