Cycling is a workout performed on a stationary bike as a way to help increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. A typical class will start with a warm-up, followed by a simulation of hilly and flat rides. You will pedal at different speeds and resistance levels and perform intervals of standing and sitting. No matter if you are competitive cyclist, or you haven’t been on a bike since you were 10 years old, cycling is a great way to add variety and low impact activity to your fitness routine.
