In-Person Fitness Classes have resumed as of March 10

In-Person Fitness Classes have resumed in RecSports facilities as of March 10. There is no fee for In-Person Fitness Classes through the remainder of the semester.

About In-Person Group Fitness Classes 

In-person fitness classes are open to any Notre Dame student, faculty, staff, retiree, or spouse. All ages and skill levels are welcome.

Registration

For in-person fitness classes, participants will register for a spot for a single class date. As of March 10, all in-person fitness classes will be free of charge. Registration for each class will open three days (72 hours) prior to the upcoming class and close 1 hour prior to class beginning. Registration is available via RecRegister. Notre Dame students, faculty, staff, and retirees may use their netID and password to log in. Spouses need to obtain their unique user ID and password by clicking here and requesting a spouse account.

Class Info

In accordance with University policy, all participants in a University campus space will be expected to wear cloth or commercial grade face masks at all times when they are, or may be, in the presence of other individuals.

Class Check-In

Participants must be on a class roster and checked in with the Front Desk to access the Smith Center for Recreational Sports.Upon arrival to the class, participants must check in with the instructor. Classes will begin at their scheduled time. Late entry is not permitted. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure both check ins are completed before class begins. Participants are expected to leave the facility after the class ends.
