The Open Water Scuba Diver course is the first step into the exciting underwater world. The course is divided into three sections. First is the lecture portions with your Open Water manual and instructional DVD, followed by four ten question quizzes and a final exam. Second is completing the required confined water sessions. There are five confined water sessions of which you will be learning the skills required to be comfortable in the water with your scuba equipment. The final step is completing four open water training dives at the location of your choice.
Participants will not receive their Open Water Scuba Diver certification until the dives have been completed and logged.
