An “internal” martial art that helps develop flexibility, strength, inner awareness and balance. Tai Chi consists of slow motion movements through 48 different postures exercising a variety of muscles as well as internal organs. The result is an increase in inner control and strength, the reduction of stress and an improved awareness of one’s mental, physical and spiritual power.
