Take some time to strengthen and center yourself during a five week pre/post-natal toning session. Glean from one another’s experiences during this special time of your life. Exercises will be tailored to prepare one’s body for birth and then to strengthen and heal after the birth. If postpartum, it’s best to wait 6 weeks before exercising or 8 weeks for a cesarean birth.
