Pre/Post-Natal Yoga

Take some time to stretch, strengthen, and center yourself during a five week pre/post-natal yoga session. Glean from one another's experiences during this special time of your life. Postures will be tailored to prepare one's body for birth and then to strengthen and heal after the birth. If postpartum, it's best to wait six weeks before exercising or eight weeks for a cesarean birth.
