My fitness philosophy is a lifestyle of caring for our body holistically, mind, body and spirit.

Fitness Interests & Other Hobbies

  • Integration of body sculpting
  • Yoga and Pilates
  • Love to dance and currently a part of an African dance group.

Why my class?

To experience total body conditioning and feel good about using your body weight to strengthen your core.

How do you motivate participants? 

I motivate my participants with my positive attitude, a smile on my face, a willingness to have fun and be silly, but mostly, to encourage each participant right where they are in their physical ability.
