Why my class?
I craft every class, from each song and the choreography that goes with it, to optimize our workout—we've only got 45 minutes, so let's make the most of it! If you want to work hard but have fun while doing it, you'll love my class.

It's all about the music, and how we move to it

What is your favorite style of music to play in class?
Pop, dance/techno, and hip-hop
Why do you teach group fitness?
I love the "group" environment; I'm always inspired by the people who take my classes, seeing everyone push themselves through the work and get stronger every week, it motivates me to work harder!
