- Singing (as some of my Zumba students know when I sing in class)
Why My Class?
My classes are fun while still offering a high intensity workout. Zumba is meant to be a party, so you can expect to come dance while burning a lot of calories.
How do you motivate participants?
I motivate them by encouraging them to have fun and give their all in class.
Why do you teach group fitness?
I've loved Zumba since my first class; I just want to share my love for it with others and have fun.
