Fitness Philosophy

I am continually trying to expand my fitness knowledge, but a general philosophy of mine is that fitness should be focused and fun. Focus, especially in terms of dedication and using effective methods, is necessary for results. The fun is for staying motivated and for enjoyment!

Why My Class?

In addition to having thoroughly studied the CrossFit methodology of total body conditioning, I have done a lot of other research and personal experimenting in this area of fitness to make my workouts effective and efficient - as a student I don't always have a lot of time, so getting in a quick but intense workout has been a great way for me to keep progressing in terms of fitness. By signing up for these 30 minute courses, you can fit in a fast workout that improves your cardiovascular endurance and tones your muscles simultaneously, as well as learn moves and workout templates that can be used indefinitely outside of class. Furthermore, I have also struggled with student time management difficulties and dining hall temptations, and am happy and able to give tips, advice, and any support needed!
