Fitness philosophy

Fitness is an integral component of taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally. 

Fitness interests & other hobbies

  • Dance classes such as Zumba® and Cardio Dance
  • Running (slowly)
  • Golf

Why my class?

I am someone who needs to be tricked into working out. POUND does just this, taking basic calisthenics--squats, lunches, crunches, etc.--and turning them into a high-energy jam session. My class is a great way to work your body and relieve some stress.

How do you motivate participants?

Loud music and lime-green Ripstix!
