Fitness - especially group fitness - is something that everyone can do and benefit from, regardless of your level of experience! It's all about putting in effort and taking modifications where necessary.

You will push yourself in my classes! They're challenging but fun, and you will end the semester feeling stronger than before.

How do you motivate participants?

I watch your growth throughout your fitness journey and always remind you how far you have come, and how far you are capable of reaching! And I'm always there to remind you that you can do 60 seconds of anything!
