Why my class?
Whether you have concrete training goals, are just looking to have fun, or might not even be sure whether group fitness is for you, I encourage you to try a class with me! You might just find your new favorite workout :)
How do you motivate participants?
The beauty of group fitness is that each participant can bring their own motivation into the studio with them, and that motivation can be different each time they walk in the door. Helping participants feel inspired and tap into their intrinsic motivation during each workout is one of my highest priorities as an instructor.

I use a variety of genres in my classes, and am always open to song requests!
Why do you teach group fitness?
Every workout is a celebration of what our bodies can do for us, and celebrating as a group makes the experience even more fun!
