Fitness should be fun and not a chore. Constantly strive to improve/better yourself. :)

Fitness interests & other hobbies

I love walking my dogs, outdoor bike riding, and spending time with my family.

Why my class?

Fitness should be something you look forward to. We'll have a blast but at the same time we'll be getting that workout in. Options will be provided and you can go at your own pace.

How do you motivate participants?

I believe music is a giant motivator/driving force for participants so for my Zumba® classes we take a trip around the world with all kind of rhythms. Also, by providing progressions so that everyone from beginner to advanced participants can be successful.

Why do you teach group fitness?

To make a positive impact on my participants' health. Even if I only see them for 60 minutes a week, I want to encourage and empower them to be their best.
