It doesn't matter if you're 27 or 72. Whether you work out daily or have not in decades, my job is to help you be the best that YOU can be right now.

Why My Class?

People would love my classes because I encourage every participant to go at their own pace no matter what that is. Every body is made differently and we honor those differences by modifying or challenging exercises to our needs. It's not my class, it's yours!

How do you motivate participants?

I motivate students by carefully selecting music that is inspiring, heart pumping and happy! This goes for my Yoga and Zumba classes. I give people permission do what they can, accept where they are, and know where they can go to challenge themselves. I emphasize the importance of not comparing oneself to anyone else in the room but to listen to their own body.

I never thought I'd have a career in the fitness industry, but I couldn't ignore the amazing way I felt while recovering from postpartum depression over 10 years ago. I found a gym with childcare so I could have some "me" time and at a friend's insistence reluctantly walked into my first Zumba Fitness class. The rest is my history. If I can help just one other person find emotional comfort and confidence through fitness then I know I've done my job well.
