Fitness Philosophy

My fitness philosophy is to create a healthy lifestyle overall, with the most important thing being balance. Having a good regimen, but also being able to indulge is the best combination.

Fitness Interests & Other Hobbies

I love going for runs and participating in pilates and bar classes. I also do some CrossFit to cross-train.

Why my class?

Participants should register for my courses if they are looking for an uplifting workout with songs they can definitely dance to.

How do you motivate participants? 

I motivate participants by creating a positive environment. I never will be negative, the most important thing is to do your best that day. Some days, you might want to go a little lighter, and others, you will feel totally ready to go, I am here to support you through either.
