Why my class?

My courses will be full of positive energy, will challenge you to go to your personal edge and explore, and have you leaving both refreshed and challenged.

How do you motivate participants? 

I help students reach their edge by giving them modifications to make classes easier or harder. The best thing about yoga is that it's not a competition and everyday is different. I want my students to listen to their bodies and push themselves to where they feel comfortable.

How long have you been teaching group fitness in general?

Since January 2018

What is your favorite style of music to play in class?

A variety of EDM and acoustic songs based on the class

Why do you teach group fitness?

I love fitness and love connecting with other people. Teaching group fitness allows me do both.
