Exercise should be fun as much as it is a workout, so whatever you do it should be something you enjoy. When you have fun, you’ll stick with it!

Fitness Interests & Other Hobbies

I’m super high energy, I’m always game for some pickup basketball or any other sort of sport. I also enjoy skiing, golfing, and I make my attempt at surfing.

Whether it’s for the glamorous abs or the athletic benefits, Pilates will strengthen your core, tone your body, and make your more flexible by focusing on underdeveloped muscles and precise movements.

How do you motivate participants? 

Pilates has a lot of layers that can add challenges, so progress can be very tangible and I make sure to remind my participants of how far they’ve come since they’ve started.
